List window: Mark toolbar item

The Mark menu item and its menu work with marked items in lists. If you simply click the Mark toolbar item it marks the currently selected items. If the Mark column isn't visible it’s added so you can view which items are marked.

If you click the Mark toolbar item and hold the mouse down it displays a menu with the following commands:

Mark Selected Items

Mark all currently selected items in the list.

Clear Marks from Selected Items

Unmark any marked items currently selected.

Mark All Items

Mark all items in the list.

Clear All Marks

Unmark any marked items in the list.

Select Marked Items

Select any marked items. Can only add to the current selection because it does not unmark items that aren't selected.

Deselect Marked Items

Deselect any marked items.

Hide Mark Column

Hides the Mark column, but does not unmark any items.
